git-commit's Issues

provide name for rule

instead of writing out the regular expression that did not match we can write out a more human readable information

allow to distinguish between warnings and rules

Instead of writing something like this:

subject:
  - ...
  - ...

it could be implemented as

subject:
  - expression: ...
    type: warning
  - expression: ...
    type: error

Description

Allow running a list of external program (such as linters) to have external validations

rename binary to git-hook-commit

this would allow to create a git-hook that may accept other hooks

print version

when started print an info line with the current version on it

update path for version

when opening an old version ask to upgrade to next version

if one file has no version version mismatch is assumed
