steps to reproduce:

1. remove the first line of code from getdata.sas (%webout(FETCH))
2. deploy the app using sasjs cbd
3. try to open the table

there is an error in the console, and the log does not appear in the requests dialog

When using SSO (eg on SAS 9) with loginMechanism:'Redirected' we don't have a username to begin with.

So we should ensure it is updated whenever receiving a response from the adapter.

I need to use --legacy-peer-deps when I run npm install to get the app to work. Is there a way to fix that?

We should remove the inline adapter script from the index.html and replace with tags
