Dashboard Fusion is a tool for merging and updating Grafana dashboards by combining panels from different sources. It's designed to be used when working with dashboards that share common panels. It allows to update existing panels, while preserving the dashboard layout.

dashboard-fusion takes --panels as a separate json file containing a list of panels, however this is rarely the case. Users would rather keep panels as whole dashboards in order to run grafana and modify them manually.
This would simplify the process as users wouldn't need to cut panels from the dashboards before running fusion.
Add a mode in which absent panels aren't appended. This will allow to extend only a subset of the panels.
