crudapi's Issues

Code redundancy

You have code redundancy everywhere.
For example create/update everything is the same except one line of code

id, stoResp := s.Create(vars["kind"], resource)
stoResp := s.Update(vars["kind"], vars["id"], resource)

Everything else is same.
After that you have

    authenticatedAndAuthorized, vars, enc := initHandling(req, resp, ActionUpdate)
    if !authenticatedAndAuthorized {
        return
    }

in every func.

I am just trying to keep my code without any redundacy and i can see you have lot of it.
I thing main reason for that is go does not support optional params in func.

DO you have maybe idea how to solve this?

Ensuring type safety

While I was implementing a similar solution, I came to a halt on the issue of type safety in the storage.

Do you have any plans on implementing this in crudapi or thought on how to easily declare the required type for a particular storage?

inserts too fast give the same ID

I'd like to use a shell script to "boot" my demo crud rest server.

when i insert records too fast, then i get back the same ID with each.

api.initHandling returning empty kind

Might be my ignorance but why is api.initHandling returning an empty kind?

From the examples:

...
func (ms MapStorage) Get(kind, id string) (resource interface{}, resp crudapi.StorageResponse) {
    log.Printf("kind=%s (%v)", kind, len(kind))
...

Returns the following when requesting /v1/albums/1373366143:

2013/07/09 12:33:27 kind: (0)

What i expected to be returned:

2013/07/09 12:33:27 kind:albums (6)
