aCute Express Data plugin

The aCute express data plugin uses express app variables to store information and configuration for accessing databases and data stores in an aCute app. The data stores are configured by environment, which is read from the "NODE_ENV" environment variable.

The overriding design goal for Markdown's--> formatting syntax is to make it as readable--> as possible. The idea is that a--> Markdown-formatted document should be--> publishable as-is, as plain text, without--> looking like it's been marked up with tags--> or formatting instructions.-->
