It is included in a lot of scripts to load dependencies, but probably does not generalize very well. At least include a description of what dependencies are needed and what the purpose of the script is so people can write their own.

Might not make sense to actually do this since changin the tick labels only makes sense in the range 1/3, 0, 3. But it would be rather awkward to try to continue this scale, which we would need to do in some figures at least.

Specify some generally useful information in it for handling the scripts:

E.g. most if not all scripts assume you are in the parent folder of "dfi", which contains the scripts.
Similarly the parent folder contains palamedes and fieldtrip (2 versions I believe).

Each script can then simply have a link to the github repo and readme in the description.

Also add some information about how the behavioural data is coded:

other columns that need explaining?

Each script contains license information including a reference ot the mansucript.
