Message handlers should either provide a way to opt-in (if applicable) or opt-out (if inapplicable) to the tenant environment.

Message handlers often depend on the existence of particular TaskTypes. Not all tenants will have the same task types, so when running the sample event handler project you'll get errors when certain task types do not exist.

The original idea was that implementers would tweak the message handler (sample) to fit their needs and remove the others. However, as we add more sample message handlers to the project it would be nice if you could run the project and have the applicable message handlers run correctly.

Now that the Orbit SDK is almost entirely async, the implementation of IMessageHandler.Handle is almost always marked as 'async'.

At the very least, the Handle method should return 'Task'. However, we may want to consider renaming the method to HandleAsync as well. This will need to be changed in the SE.Orbit.Integration project.
