Project Description

This is the report of Course Project for Coursera Course Getting and Cleaning Data. Please refer to the course project page for the details. All the source code for this project is uploaded in author's github repository.

##How to re-produce the resulting dataset from raw data All the scripts for generating the final dataset are included in R scripts file run_analysis.R. The scripts assumed that user has downloaded the raw data zip file and unzipped all contents into ./data folder.

The following command can be used to run the script

source("run_analysis.R")

The resulting dataset will be exported as summarise_tidy_dataset.txt file

##Codebook of the tidy dataset Please refer to the codebook that described the variables, the data and any further information on the transformation from original dataset
