You can do it by passing Promise.all to to 😄:

async function test() {
  const promises = Promise.all([promise1(), promise2(), promise3()]);
  const [error, results] = await to(promises);
  if (error) throw error;
  return results;
}

// And here is how you can test it:
const { to } = require('await-to-js');

const promise = () =>
  new Promise(resolve => setTimeout(() => resolve('!'), 1000));

test().then(console.log);

async function test() {
  const promises = Promise.all([promise(), promise(), promise()]);
  const [error, results] = await to(promises);
  if (error) throw error;
  return results;
}

Will the below scenario work ?

// 1st promise
[err, someVar] = await to(somePromiseReturningFunction);

// 2nd promise
[err, againSomeVar] = await to(someAnotherPromiseReturningFunction);

// Run the 1st and 2nd promise
[err, results] = await to(Promise.all([someVar, againSomeVar]));

Very close, you'd actually do it like this though:

const [err, results] = await to(
  Promise.all([
    somePromiseReturningFunction(),
    someAnotherPromiseReturningFunction()
  ])
);
