Updating the BT tracker servers for aria2 config

install and useage

go install "github.com/scott-x/aria2c_bt_update"
Usage of aria2c_bt_update:
  -c string
        aria2 config file (default "$HOME/.aria2/aria2.conf")
  -url string
        text url for tracker (default "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ngosang/trackerslist/master/trackers_best.txt")
