scriv's Issues

connect() to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:7979 failed after select(): Connection refused (111)

Hello there,

Running SCRIV on Ubuntu 20.04. Based in Indonesia. I keep getting these errors in the log upon running scriv-qt:

    2021-06-29 04:46:16 connect() to 36.86.63.182:7979 failed after select(): Connection refused (111)2021-06-29 04:48:00
    CMasternodeSync::ProcessTick -- nTick 361 nRequestedMasternodeAssets 0 nRequestedMasternodeAttempt 0 nSyncProgress -0.250000

When enabling proxy through Tor, this is what I'm getting:

    2021-06-29 04:52:01 Loading addresses from DNS seeds (could take a while)
    2021-06-29 04:52:01 0 addresses found from DNS seeds
    2021-06-29 04:52:01 dnsseed thread exit
    2021-06-29 04:52:03 CMasternodeSync::ProcessTick -- nTick 13 nRequestedMasternodeAssets 0
nRequestedMasternodeAttempt 0 nSyncProgress -0.250000
    2021-06-29 04:52:09 CMasternodeSync::ProcessTick -- nTick 19 nRequestedMasternodeAssets 0 nRequestedMasternodeAttempt 0 nSyncProgress -0.250000
    2021-06-29 04:52:11 ERROR: Error reading proxy response
    2021-06-29 04:52:11 SOCKS5 connecting dnsseed1.scriv.network
    2021-06-29 04:52:13 ERROR: Proxy error: host unreachable
    2021-06-29 04:52:13 SOCKS5 connecting 36.86.63.182
    ....
    2021-06-29 04:52:52 ERROR: Proxy error: host unreachable
    2021-06-29 04:52:53 SOCKS5 connecting 36.86.63.182
    2021-06-29 04:52:57 ERROR: Proxy error: general failure
    2021-06-29 04:52:57 SOCKS5 connecting dnsseed4.scriv.network
    2021-06-29 04:52:57 CMasternodeSync::ProcessTick -- nTick 67 nRequestedMasternodeAssets 0 nRequestedMasternodeAttempt 0 nSyncProgress -0.250000

I'm guessing this has something to do with the host in Jakarta as no matter what network I'm on, whether it be Tor, local network, VPN in any country, 36.86.63.182 isn't reachable. Is there a way around this?
