There is no option to decide where on the page the image should appear, there should be an option to offset the image if desired, for instance if you need to leave room in a latex file for a table to be overlayed on top of the image.

Right now the fonts and patterns directories are required to be in the current working directory when the vec2web compiled binary is run. This needs to be changed so that it can at the very least be specified at the command line.

Right now it is very easy for a conversion to postscript to be printed off the edges of the paper. This should be automatically sized down to fit on any paper.
