How to Use

• Clone this repository
• Open any of the office file templates
• A new document will be created for you to use.

You can also click Download ZIP on the bottom right-hand side to get these templates all in one zip file.

Create/Add a "Business Value Proposition" document

The document (likely an Excel sheet) should assist in quantifying the value of proposals to improve thing

General format:

• How much time/money do we spend doing thing x now?
• How often does thing x happen now?
• How much estimated time/money would it take to implement the proposal?
• What are the projected costs/benefits over 3, 6, 9, 12, 36 months?

Add Transition Plan template
