Cant get it to connect

Hi,
i have downloaded the app and installed it to my homey.
Entered my credentials (email ,password and my 4 digit code), same as when i log into the app.

And then created a flow to test set the state but nothing happens.
Can you guide me how to be able to test it?

cant get to connect the devisce

I use homey 2.0 Installed the app, try to connect with alarm Panel by using "username" "password", "code". The result is "could not add device!"
