New name should be bqs (browserquest server)

Build the plt and run dialyzer in travis to keep errors out of the code.

The Checkpoint list is used to get the starting position,. However we do not respect the flag "s" in the checkpoints leading to us being able to start in places that are to far away from the village.

BQS needs to be able to run dialyzer in travis, to simplify this all dialyzer errors should be removed.

running ./init.sh will not start the server.

We need to spawn the static entities into the world.

Several reasons

cowboy:start_listener is moved to ranch
Project name is not the same as app name.

Since the upgrade to cowboy 0.8.6 the client is not able to connect to the server.

Create a Proper test that will start the original BrowserQuest nodeJS server and the Erlang server.

Perform the exact same call to both servers and compare the results, any differences in output should be either fixed or clearly documented.
