Hi,
I'm trying to download some files by running the script from the console on a server without GUI (via ssh). I can't pass the google authentication: it opens the text-based console browser, and asks for email & password, and then fails due to JavaScript not being supported.
Could you tell me whether it is possible to use the script without GUI?
[I've enabled Google Drive API; copied credentials.json to the working directory; installed all the packages]

I Just came to run your script with target folder and the destination path as a parameter, and it work good.
I just have one issue if you could help with, I want to run the script without download confirmation

I'm trying to download a large number of files from a lot of directories (about 20 files in 1158 folders) and the script always stops at the same progress (file 2/19 of folder 95/1158). There is no exception nor error whatsoever - it just silently stops. Any idea what's happening?

If i run the command python download-2.py dir_name_local then drive.google.com url i get "0 folders found" with either the python 2 or 3 usage.

i have the credentials.json file downloaded successfully. so it doesnt seem to be an auth problem.

the script Rocks, work like a charm , I never worked with Gdrive API, and i'm Python leaner is there any easier way to show progress or like some verbose mode...
