Why approval_prompt=force in the loginUrl

First of all:
thank you very much for making your Strava OAuth and accounts Meteor packages available 😄

I've got a question regarding the loginUrl though: what is the reason you set approval_prompt to force? This means users have to approve your Strava App every time they sign in.

How do i use this with meteor and React?

Hi, i am currently a beginner in javascript and currently i am building a Meteor and React web app for my school project to make an API call to strava.com
Are you able to guide me in using your library to make that API call?

It would be helpful if the README provided basic documentation about this project.

Wrong property name for client secret

Hi!
configureLoginServiceDialogForStrava.fields() sets a property called client_secret, but getTokenResponse() reads from a prop named secret

This causes the login to fail if you use strava_configure to configure the service.

The readme in selaias/accounts-strava sets the secret property, so if you configure that way, the login works.

I can make a pull request, if so, do you want me to change

• strava_server.js or
• strava_configure.js and the readme of selaias/accounts-strava?
