This is Burger.

Burger is an open sourced and community based app for rating and finding tasty hamburgers. Or cheeseburgers.

We're currently getting set up, so please hold on while we get the basics together.

We love meaty stacks.

We're going to build our app as a web application based on React, Browserify, ES6/7 and all that good stuff. The backend will be based on Node and other cool technologies. Very excite.

Create a basic layout

Create a basic html layout that can serve as a base for the React app that will ultimately be built on top of it.

Feature: Rate a restaurant

As a (dis)satisfied customer,
I want to be able to rate a restaurant with a 1-5 system,
so that I can provide valuable feedback for others.

Also remember to save who did this somewhere, so that we can start creating leaderboards later on.

Set up app on Heroku

burgerapp was available. Doesn't matter much of course, but still cool with a good name.

Remember to create a Procfile deploy!

Set up basic application architecture

We need to scaffold out a basic application.

Set up build system for local development

Set up a basic Gulp script to help speed up local development and deployments to our test environment

Set up database

We need a database to persist data once in production. This task includes deciding on a db technology and setting it up both locally and on Heroku (if finished).

Remember to document how to set this up locally (for other developers).

Feature: Write a review

As a customer,
I want to be able to write a short review,
so that I can provide even MORE awesome feedback for other users.

Feature: Show burger joints in vicinity

As a hungry guy,
I want to be able to see what burger joints are close by,
so that I can select one and eat.
