Release a new version with Django 1.5 compat about django-smuggler

Thank you for the amazing work! I wasn't been receiving notifications from this repository, I just notice all the changes now!

Is there any backward incompatible change or new features since the last release to me write in README? I suppose it is just the Django >=1.5 support and the tests.

Hey @kunitoki, you might want follow this issue. Looks like you were waiting for a new release in PyPI.

I hope release 0.4 in next days.

Pretty sure everything is still backwards compatible. No new features besides the Django 1.5 compatibility.

Hi guys, I've just upload the version 0.4 to PyPI! :-)

@jaap3 thank you very much to keep this project better and usable! I've not been using it, so I think is fair to you take any decisions and upload new releases as you want (I've just added you as maintainer of django-smuggler in PyPI).

I'm not abandoning the project, but I might be out for a while.
