We should add a Dockerfile for gosif

The parser package needs refactoring and should be covered by tests

gosif should generate short flag names for the functions arguments.

A short flag should be prefixed with -. To generate the short name, gosif should use the first letters of the arguments names, i.e. for a function

func SomeFunc(path string, count int) {...}

gosif should generate an interface that accepts flags

-p/--path
-c/--count

If two arguments begin with the same letters, their short names should contain all the letters up to the first difference (including it), i.e. for a function

func SomeFunc(path string, packResult bool) { ... }

-pat/--path
-pac/--packResult

Currently, if no argument is passed to gosif, it stops execution without any message. it should output a help message instead. It should also report an error if more than one argument is passed.
