Following exception being thrown for some cases.

ResourceNotFoundException : The query did not return any forecast results as the required filter id is either missing or is invalid.

Thus, cannot query forecast results and create a pause and resume schedule.

Will fix by creating a forecast export job and reading the predictions from a csv file in a s3 bucket. Using this method to get predictions and use them to schedule pause and resume
