When the operator assigns an emergency record to an agency (police, fire, ems, etc), automatically assign the record and send an email to that group/assigned to user to let them know they have something assigned.
Change the landing page around to however you want it to look - make it be more usable for a 911 operator by adding things like emergencies yet to be dispatched, all open emergencies, etc.
Notify the caller when their emergency record is closed
After previewing the Response Dispatch flow, I noticed there were some errors with the ordering of the Otherwise path and the Social Worker Services path, namely that the Otherwise path appears within the same path as the Social Worker Services. It breaks up the Create Task action and Response Dispatch subflow.
I also noticed some issues with data pill chosen for the Response Task Generation flow action's Decision table inputs Response. Additionally the Parent field on the Create Task action for the Social Workers Services doesn't have the correct data pill rendering.
Create an ATF test case for the emergency case creation process to ensure any functionalities are not broken during the upgrade.
Handle shift scheduling for operators and integrate in to round robin auto-assignment of emergency records.
To provide the portal experience to the people for logging their issues and tracking them.
Add check boxes which will indicate emergency services needed, e.g. Fire, Police, EMS, Utility or multiple services e.g. Fire + Police.
I am working on the issue
When emergency record is created from landing page(#1 ), allow operator to self assign or set it to be round robin assigned to another operator.
As Operator, I would like to save work note and this work note will be cascaded to all open Emergency tasks (e.g. when I would like to provide more details from caller)
From the home page, let me look up a user record and quickly create an emergency record for them by filling in a few things like short description and description, then create the emergency record and redirect me to the record page.
Sometimes folks are experiencing a mental health crisis or another incident of which only requires someone with counseling experience to assist. Depending on the municipality, Social Workers may work within a Police Department, Homelessness Services or a separate department or unit specific to Social Work.
Response dispatched is missing on Default view when rendered, despite it showing when you go to Form Design.
Response dispatched needs to show on Workspace 911 Operators Workspace 0 view.
When you click the Create button on the Home with emergency call landing page, the description field of the newly created x_snc_911_operat_0_emergency record has the following formatting:
Caller number: {caller_number_from_landing_page} | Description{description_from_landing_page}
There should be a space and a : following the description.
Create a playbook to show how to handle emergency calls.
There should be four buttons, with icons/images, that depict Fire/Police/EMS/Utility agency, and when clicked they update the record to be assigned to the agency and saved in one touch.
Create a dashboard in the workspace that clearly shows the issues by category for easy assignment.
Create a flow to handle emergency call records, maybe add automation to notify people or change the urgency/priority/etc as the task gets older and older without getting resolved.
Configure chat bot for logging emergency issue via portal.
As extension of Issue #18, I would like to propose to create separate tasks for each of the emergency group depend on the emergency services selected.
When Emergency call will be created and emergency services will be set (refer to issue #18), agent click "Dispatch" button (issue #6) to create required tasks (e.g. for police and file, etc) depend on selected emergency services. All created tasks will have a parent = Emergency record. Emergency record cannot be closed until all tasks are closed (completed of canceled).
As an operator when I open emergency record, I would like to see caller details information, so I can easily access e.g. phone number in case I need to contact with user again.
More of a suggestion, find a fun use case for Gen AI! Something like using case summarization to send out an email to a supervisor maybe.
