Order status

After an order is placed by a customer it should show in the list of "active" orders. From this list a cook should be able to update it's status from "queued" --> "preparing" --> "cooking" --> "ready" --> "served". Once an order is served it will no longer appear in the "active" list.

Site layout template

The template should have a header and a footer. It should be used by all pages to give them a common look and feel.

Add cook timer to order list

The timer should start as soon as a hobo has it's status set to cooking.

add carrots

Add "special instructions" to order form.

Show customers current order status

After a customer places an order they are taken to a thank you page. This page should show the current order status as it moves from "queued" --> "preparing" --> "cooking" --> "ready".

Smarter ingredient list

Ingredients should not be a static list. Cooks need to be able to add new ingredients for customers to choose from. Each ingredient should have a quantity that decreases each time it's used in an order. This way if a customer orders a hobo using the last of the corn the ingredient will not be available for the next customer to choose.
