Ideally the same gallery instance should be able to be used in parallel and sync correctly.

How is it affected by the offline mode and the transition between the states online and offline?
Use by default a cloud service for storing permanently the gallery indexes

Offline use
Goal: Be able to add and browse the app without the need to be online.
Suggestions:
- Use HTML 5 app cache manifest
- Add full image data on localStorage if no connection present
Progress indicators
We need UI progress indicators, especially on the 'upload file to imgur' part.
XMLHttpRequest provides the needed information.
