Pillcount.Org's Free Online Beck Depression Index

Pillcount.Org's Free Beck Online Depression Inventory. This website has ten (10) different mental health standard questionaires including Beck's Anxiety & Depression Inventory (BDI). This website is up and running on Godaddy's Plesk (Windows) hosting and uses SQL Server for it's database. This project was created using MS Visual Studio. It uses .NET Framework 2.0 and C#.
