This behavior surprised me, what is the process for getting this behvior improved?

Hi,

I'm looking at your the SF311 data, where in exploratory data, you present that voice in still dominates the source of SF311 reports. I've been immersed in the SF311 data looking at issues of graffiti, street cleaning, homeless, and find that most reports are from the mobile apps.
I looked at all SF311 source data for 2015 and found the mobile apps is almost catching up with voice in.

So the suggestion is that while over the 8 year period your number should be accurate, that things have changed. Mobile data reports is increasing rapidly, and likely be the largest soon.

Hey gang. Looks like the DSWG's main repo README could use to be refreshed, as some 'current' projects have since graduated to completed or 'recent past.' Plus, I believe we've gained a few new projects. Looking forward to seeing y'all tomorrow!
