Tab Separator
Hello,
congratulations for the module, very useful.
I want to tell you only one problem, the one that fails to parser with the Tab separator.
Eg:
This case would be very useful.

How do you handle values containing new-line, line-feed and comma characters?
Loading large csv files
Ran out of memory loading a 812mb csv:
FATAL ERROR: CALL_AND_RETRY_LAST Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

I can split the file into smaller chunks to manage this, but it'd be nice this could be handled by the package.
