Update to latest package standards

Update the package to use Github CI, sbom. linter etc and add funding links.

Fix the browser tests

The browser tests don't currently run, error is -

  Failed to load "test/cmis_browser_test.dart": Failed to load script at http://localhost:34909/GmpYitHAlIeJJBOhiT9UUnUtjSuzgZYH/test/cmis_browser_test.dart.browser_test.dart.js.

Fixed this by removing the 'build.yaml' file, defines entry points that are no longer needed.

We now have -

Expected a value of type 'FutureOr<HttpRequest>?', but got one of type 'JsonObjectLite<dynamic>'

at

 package:cmis/src/httpadapters/cmis_browser_http_adapter.dart 60:16   onError

Get rid of the interactive tests and fix the onError method.

Add parsing of ATOM feeds

The XMlHttpAdapter class needs to be finished so as to provide parsed ATOM feeds as JsonObjects.

Type definition test is now failing

The type definition unit test is failing with an unsupported operation exception returned, TODO added in temporary code fix.

Add server side client

The client should be extended to also work in server applications

Update to Dart 3

Fix access to the Alfresco test server

The URL of the Alfresco tests server has changed, it now requires SSL and a cert, this must be fixed to run the unit tests suite.

Utilities class needs work

The CmisUserUtils class needs expanding to add utilities for property extraction, date time formatting etc.

testing using example

Hi, I came across your module for cmis, and thought Id give it a test, however, when trying to hit a recent alfresco 5.2.2 enterprise, im getting the below response from the cmisSession, using the example, against http://cmis.alfresco.com/cmisbrowser.

E/flutter (22370): [ERROR:flutter/lib/ui/ui_dart_state.cc(166)] Unhandled Exception: NoSuchMethodError: Class 'String' has no instance method 'toList'.

im seeing this error because im getting back

Im just wondering whether this module is dead, or whether i'm missing something, or Alfresco version is too new. Is the example working for you ?
