This is my final year project of the university. This is an individual project which covers all the phases of the software development life cycle. Duration of this project was 8 months. I was able to get a "A" grade for this project.

Abut the System

This system was developed to NATIONAL STD / AIDS CONTROL PROGRAM in Sri Lanka. Purpose of this system is to maintain patients information, clinical records, consultancy records , generating various reports etc.

Technologies

PHP and Symfony framework, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery and JQuery UI, CSS, TCPDF for generating PDF reports
