MathJax have been replaced by Katex (because it's wayyyy faster. Benchmark here).

It is not production ready yet but it will be soon.

Your Tufte-css link is incorrect (missing a . between github and com): https://githubcom/edwardtufte/tufte-css

When trying to build a site with this theme under hugo version v0.30.2 darwin/amd64 it throws the following error.

Page's Now is deprecated and will be removed in Hugo 0.31. Use now (the template func).

The function .Now was deprecated in hugo version 0.21 and removed in version 0.25

This code:

which spills the code section in the margins. Also, backticks for code doesn't work without {{< highlight go >}} section in the example site.

Tags of the new post are shown on the index page along with the title of the post and summary.

In the example post, there is a bit of math placed inside the epigraph, however, it does not render. I believe it is supposed to, thus this is a bug.

Some basic theorem environment styling should be added to the hugo-tufte.css file.

Currently there is a deprecated attribute used, this will likely be a breaking change as hugo progresses.

One thing: when I click on the "categories" tab, I see the two tables,
of entries by Frequency and alphabetically. However, if I click on a
term, e.g. mathjax, I get sent to
http://localhost:1313/categories/categories/mathjax which makes a 404.

Great idea to put a Tufte style into Hugo. Have you got something that others can use yet? I'm interested to see how it might compare to other themes. Best wishes, Stephen
