• Convert </> into \langle/\rangle (maybe by custom macro like \pair{}

There are cases where paragraph indentation causes misreading and an indented first line of the paragraph seems like part of a just finished proof.

Solution:

1. add

\setlength{\parindent}{0pt}

2. set up \begin{proof} environment to indent all text inside of the proof.

Remove duplicate Hindley–Milner type system chapter.
Maybe something else.
