The objective was to find what was wrong with Comcast's customer service that the authority fined them a $2.3 million, after receiving over 1000 consumer complaints.Performed the analysis using the Exploratory Data Analysis technique.Performed text processing by using Natural Language Toolkit package to find the maximum complaint types.Created interactive topic model visualization using pyLDAvis .
