集市无法更新

在思源-集市中，该插件虽然出现了更新按钮，但点击后无法完成更新

今晚github图片上传不知道咋回事，上传不了gif，贴一个类似状况的ISSUE链接：AirParty/siyuan-plugin-fold-button#1

之前见过别的插件出现类似的问题，折腾群里面有大佬给了解决方案

按照我的理解，集市是爬的bazzar仓库里的数据，bazzar仓库的显示版本爬的是tag下本仓库的plugin.json，下载包是tag下的release。总之就是，先在plugin.json里改版本号，然后commit，然后打包，然后release，这样的话release的tag就能包含所有东西了
一般来说这样做没问题，只要保证更新plugin.json的commit在版本tag之前就行
