I cloned the module to my modules folder. then I tried to cd to it and do npm install and it gives me this strange error

It appears that the json file is just Javascript and not JSON.

I would love to try this however no matter what I do it tells me it can't find the sources and doesn't show up on the screen. I'm rather a beginner, can someone help?

i tried to install that module, it is not telling me that their is any error however the module is stuck on loading while my other modules load. can anyone help me fix this pls
