wrong value when storing subnormals
Hello, nice job and well commented code, but I encountered an issue with subnormals handling.
float f32 = pow(2,-17); float16 f16(f32); cout<<f32<<" "<<f16<<" "<<endl;
different value for f32 and f16 with f32<=2^-17
frac16 = (0x200 | (frac16 >> 1)) >> 17-exp32_diff;
at line 45 of float16.cpp seems to have solved the problem
