The user should be able to write the configuration in YAML. It should be a straight-forward conversion between JSON and YAML.

Pros:

• Improve readability most of the time.

Cons:

• The startup time will be slightly/insignificantly slower.
• Optionally requires PyYAML to work with YAML files.

Solution: Make sure that when an extension is activated, the configuration is based on the default configuration.

• gallium.interface.ICommand.stand_by - a delay function to allow the user to safely terminate the process.
• gallium.interface.ICommand.ask - a prompt function with the ability to repeat for certain number of attempts before giving up.
• gallium.helper.work_from - a context manager to allow the process to temporarily switch the current directory.
