Lighter labels colours do not have sufficient contrast on the white background

Show loading state when labels are being fetched

Make the label-config editable

refreshLabels causes the labels to rerender; removing the dark class.
As a result, labels switch back to being styled as if in light-mode.

Add some feedback when copy-to-clipboard buttons are pressed.

Make the site responsive

Importing labels does not remove the old results. It keeps appending the new labels to the current list.

Style labels to look similar to what they look like in GitHub.
Will need to convert RGB values to HSL for label background and text-highlight.
