It should be investigated how to test JavaFX/tornadoFX applications.

A UML-diagram, some examples, and a text should be enough.

To fullfill #3 JavaFX and tornadoFX must be included.

The 2048 game must be implemented. A text-mode should be enough to start with. The following signature for the game can be taken:

score(): Integer
play(move: Move)
map(): Map
possibleMoves(): List<Move>

A restart-, highScore and allMoves-method may be necessary, too.

A pseudonym doesn't seem valid.

The 2048 game must be playable using a GUI. JavaFX and tornadoFX should be good for that.

50% should be the least.

Last time I worked with 2048 I added animations and the playing AI needed to wait for the end of them. The problem was that I couldn't find a mechanism to do this. As an alternative, I exposed the time needed to end the animation and forced the AI to wait until this time was over.

Maybe this time I find something better.

Same as #8. Writing this I noticed that I shouldn't call it GUI. UI is better because the layer could take a console representation, too.
