mkdir build && cd build
cmake .. && make -j

When I use the above command to compile this project, there was no makefile generated in the build folder.

can you help explain how to do this?

When building dense flow on my linux server with pytorch 1.0, I encounter the problem of version conflict. I notice yjxiong/action-detection uses pytorch 0.3.X. I suppose the author's configuration is old because the repo is builded in 2017. So what's your pytorch version? I would be appreciate it If you can provide a detailed list of your configuration. Thx.
