Doesn't colour tests, only the report at end about colortape

@adam-lynch Thanks for your report! I'm not familiar with Windows cmd but the colored bottom part indicates that it supports ANSI color codes.

Did you directly feed test file to colortape command or pipe TAP output to it?

The current version of colortape is lazily implemented. It assumes that it gets input chunks line by line, which is not always true even on *nix system of course. That's my guess for the cause.

I'll write some unit tests to simulate non-line-by-line chunks and fix the lazy implementation.
