Merge branches and update files to function properly

Maintain a 6 second buffer, deleting old segments.

The sensor implementations need to have their onpause and onresume finished.

Have the buffer accept segment objects from the data synchronizer and add them to the buffer.

Most of the document needs updating, some sections need complete rewrites. See comments in document for details.

Using either the accelerometer or by pressing the debug warning button repeatedly, multiple event folders are created. There should only be one folder, with the event being extended upon further warnings.
