AA009 Clarification
For aa009.py, I was wondering:
- Why it only looks at the first incident (always returns after the first loop)
- Where does it check for if the incident is still active/open
- Why is the timestamp compared to a constant value (shouldn't it be something like time.now() - constant)
Add include/exclude flags
Document all checks
