Install fails on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (and 20.04.5) about charts-plugin

For some reason it says error /bin/sh: 1: python: not found.

I think it is time to update @mapbox/mbtiles to the latest version, it uses an up to date version of sqlite3 that has wider precompiled binaries support.

Thanks tkurki for your prompt reply. Yes, I saw the python error; however, python is indeed installed. I don't quite understand what do you mean with the @mapbox/tiles, is that something you are suggesting I should do on my system?

No, there will be shortly a new version that should bypass this problem via #24.
