Webpage change monitor — watches URLs on a schedule and shows clean, line-level diffs of what changed.

• Register any URL with a check interval; vigil fetches and snapshots its visible text
• Strips scripts/styles/SVG and dedups whitespace before diffing for low-noise output
• Stores snapshots and diffs in SQLite; each diff has a public shareable token URL
• Hono-based web UI for adding pages and browsing change history

Bun + Hono, bun:sqlite, diff (line diff), cheerio (HTML text extraction).

Database file is created at vigil.db in the project root (path is hardcoded — see server.js).

• vigil.db can grow large (the local one was ~140 MB); it's in .gitignore.
• No .env; port and DB path are set inline in server.js.
