Add user configuration and dynamic options intent

• App view: create a list of repos in the app
• AppGroup: share UserDefaults between Widget and App
• Refactor CompactRepoWidget/ContributorWidget to support different Configurations for the different widget family sizes (because a Widget can only have one Configuration!)
• Refactor the SingleRepoWidget to use dynamic options intent
• Refactor the DoubleRepoWidget to use dynamic options intent
• Add intents
• Add configurations
