Numerical Integrator

Finish the RK4 numerical integrator

Input latitude, longitude, altitude, and repeat time

No way to currently enter requested lat, lon, alt, and repeat time to create a class of orbits for remote sensing. Whole point of program is to enter these four variables and produce realistic options.

tephem - repeat values

Using the following in setupTimeEphem does not count the time step. tephem is the same value repeated. Need to address to print out an ephemeris.
