It's intentionally simple and I'm not interested in adding anything more to it.

Install

Install it from the Chrome Web Store or manually.

Add tab size field for manual control

Some people like a 4 tab size. Others like me, prefer 2. This feature would be a nice addition.

Another extension already does this (for reference).

adding option page

Hi, would you able to add an option page to let the user choose his favorite tab size (like 2 for me)?

idea: make it accept an .editorconfig file and apply styling accordingly

It makes sense to mention in the README that you can now configure the tab size at https://github.com/settings/appearance#tab-size-heading.

There is a slight difference between this extension and GitHub's native option, since the latter makes use of data-tab-size attribute which doesn't exist on raw.githubusercontent.com. But I don't think it matters 😄

Hi!

I just made a fork for a size 2 tab: https://github.com/adriantoine/tab-size-on-github. I just changed the size 4 to size 2, I changed the name and the logo to avoid confusions on the Chrome/Opera store. Could you tell me if there's a license issue since I just tweaked your logo and plugin? And if everything's ok, would you consider adding a link in your readme to my fork?

GH enterprise support?

Any chance of getting this to work with GH enterprise?

Plugin not work on Chromium/Chrome

Unfortunately, the extension not works nether on Chromium nor Chrome. Maybe github changed their rules.

Not being applied on Raw files

This plugin is not being applied on the raw file served by GH.

For example, on this page https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sindresorhus/tab-size-on-github/master/content.css the tab size is still 8.
