Reverse Image Search Engine
The built models should be able to find database images that correspond to a given query image (i.e., the model should retrieve database images containing the same object as the query).
Collect data using online resources.
● Data collection
● Steps of data wrangling.
● Model Training.
● Model Evaluation.
● Model Deployment.
● Create a web-based application to demonstrate the build solution.
● Follow MLOPS practices to build the project.
Note: Demonstrate the provided requirement using a web application.
We have taken data science as our main domain and our problem statement is reverse image search engine.
For this we have build web application as the platform to showcase our custom vision machine learning model.
The web application Foodies Thesaurus, focuses on the problem that many people face wherein they don't know the name of the dish.
Our web Application is designed in such a way that with a single click a person can get the name of the dish, similar images,
its nutritional values, along with the video of its recipe.
The tech stack that we have used to solve this problem statement are: in Frontend we have use React JS, in Backend we have
used Larval PHP and APIs. for the database we have used MySQL. for cloud we have used Microsoft Azure and Azure Custom Vision.
The machine learning model works on Azure custom vision. We have used kaggle data set to train our model and have performed
data wrangling, trained our dataset in iterations for better model accuracy. Published our model on azure and have used the end
points and APIs for fetching the desired output.
If a person visits the website, he or she has the option to upload any photo of the dish either using camera or system.
The model will be able to predict the exact name of food, its nutritional value, similar images and recipe.
Laravel is a web application framework with expressive, elegant syntax. We believe development must be an enjoyable and creative experience to be truly fulfilling. Laravel takes the pain out of development by easing common tasks used in many web projects, such as:
- Simple, fast routing engine.
- Powerful dependency injection container.
- Multiple back-ends for session and cache storage.
- Expressive, intuitive database ORM.
- Database agnostic schema migrations.
- Robust background job processing.
- Real-time event broadcasting.
Laravel is accessible, powerful, and provides tools required for large, robust applications.
Laravel has the most extensive and thorough documentation and video tutorial library of all modern web application frameworks, making it a breeze to get started with the framework.
If you don't feel like reading, Laracasts can help. Laracasts contains over 1500 video tutorials on a range of topics including Laravel, modern PHP, unit testing, and JavaScript. Boost your skills by digging into our comprehensive video library.
