对不支持html5 placeholder特性的浏览器添加一个placeholder

以测试：IE6,7,8,9

不同于其它，通过span来实现 效果完全和chrome FireFox 相同 自动获取input输入框的字体属性 只要把placeholder.js包含就可以了

设置： 只要加入js就会在不支持的浏览器中自动为input补上效果

jquery-placeholder是jQeury插件，运行初始化 jQeury.placeholder.ini(); 也可以: jQuery('input').placeholder();
