Nothing works about worldedit-be

Just tested it. The addon is indeed working. Be absolutely sure that you did everything as was stated in the installation guide.

i reinstalled the mcaddon from the latest version (v0.1.2), and added them to a new world and enabled all the experimental options, and it still doesn't work. Is there anything you suggest I do to fix this problem?

I have a couple ideas to pinpoint the problem.

1. Have you had content logs enabled? If not, follow the bug report guide in the README and post any logs that show up if any.
2. Try the /gametest command to see if the Gametest framework is even working for you.
3. This project uses a wrapper API for most of the event handling and command calls. Try out the API's demo to see if it works for you.
